How we work

Straight with you, always

A dispatcher, not a broker

We work as your agent. We never broker or move freight, and we never guarantee loads, rates, or income. You haul under your own USDOT authority the entire time.

We never touch your freight money

Brokers — or your factoring company — pay you directly, always. We invoice our fee separately, only after a load is delivered.

Government fees at cost, never marked up

On the compliance plans, every government or testing fee (UCR, drug-and-alcohol consortium, DOT testing) is passed through at cost. We show you the exact numbers up front.

A private company, not FMCSA or the DOT

Foragentis is a private service provider. We are not a government agency, we send no official notices, and compliance help is not legal advice — you remain the responsible party for your authority.

Common questions

Good to know

Are you a broker?
No. We are a dispatch service — your agent. We never arrange freight for our own account and we are not a party to the load. You operate under your own USDOT authority the entire time.
Do you ever touch my freight money?
No, never. Brokers — or your factoring company — pay you directly. We invoice you separately for our dispatch fee, only on the loads you delivered.
Is there a contract or lock-in?
You will sign a simple dispatch agreement, but there is no lock-in — it is month-to-month, and you can leave anytime with 7 days’ written notice. Your first delivered load is fee-free.
What does the compliance plan actually do?
We keep your DOT paperwork audit-ready year round: we build the files, handle the filings, and track every deadline so nothing lapses. It is not legal advice, and we are not the DOT — you remain the responsible party for your authority.
Why is the first month free on compliance?
So you can see the work before you pay for it. We save your card and month two bills itself — cancel before day 30 and you are charged nothing. Government and testing fees, if any, are always passed through at cost.
Can I talk to a real person first?
Yes. Call or text (415) 935-3322 and we will walk you through exactly how it works.
