ForIntel Order Privacy Notice

1. Who We Are

Foragentis ("we," "our," or "us") provides ForIntel market-research reports. When you place an order, we act as the business responsible for the personal information you submit at checkout. Payment card processing is handled by our payment processor, Stripe, as described in Section 4.

2. Information We Collect at Checkout

When you order a ForIntel report, we collect:

• Contact details: your name, work email address, and company name, which you enter on the order form.
• Order and scope inputs: the report you selected, any add-ons, and the scope details you provide (for example target brands, product or listing URLs, categories, marketplaces, and countries) so we can produce your report.
• FCRA acknowledgment record: the exact acknowledgment text you confirmed, together with a timestamp and a session identifier, retained as a record that the disclosure was presented and accepted.
• Payment information: card and billing details you enter into Stripe's secure checkout. Stripe processes this data; we receive confirmation of payment and limited billing metadata (such as the last four digits, card brand, and billing country) but do not receive or store full card numbers.
• Technical data: standard request metadata (such as IP address and browser information) used for security, fraud prevention, and to operate the checkout.

3. How We Use This Information

• To fulfill your order: to produce and deliver the report you purchased and any add-ons.
• To process payment: to charge the amount due and issue receipts, refunds, or credits.
• To communicate about your order: to send transactional messages such as confirmations, delivery, and support responses.
• For compliance and recordkeeping: to retain the FCRA acknowledgment and order records, and to meet tax, accounting, and legal obligations.
• For security and fraud prevention: to protect the checkout and our and your rights.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your order details for unrelated marketing without your consent.

4. Payment Processing (Stripe)

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Card data is submitted directly to Stripe through its embedded checkout and is handled under Stripe's own terms and privacy policy as an independent controller of that data. We recommend reviewing Stripe's Privacy Policy. We retain only the payment confirmation and limited billing metadata needed to fulfill and account for your order.

5. How We Share Information

We disclose your information only in these circumstances:

• Payment processor: Stripe, to process your payment.
• Service providers: vendors who help us operate (for example email delivery, hosting, and analytics) under confidentiality and data-processing obligations.
• Legal and business transfers: when required by law or valid legal process, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

6. Reports Are Not Consumer Reports

ForIntel reports are market-research and business-intelligence products. They are not "consumer reports" under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), and they may not be used to make decisions about any individual's eligibility for credit, insurance, employment, housing, or any other FCRA-covered purpose. Any named-prospect or company-level information is provided on an "as-is" basis for business use only, as detailed in the ForIntel Terms of Service (Section 9).

7. Data Retention

We keep order records, contact details, and the FCRA acknowledgment for as long as needed to deliver your report, provide support, and meet tax, accounting, and legal obligations — typically for the period required by applicable law. Scope inputs used to produce a report are retained per the ForIntel Terms. Payment confirmation and billing metadata are retained for financial recordkeeping.

8. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port the personal information we hold about you, to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (we do not sell it), and to be free from discrimination for exercising these rights. To exercise any right, email forintel@foragentis.com. We will verify your request before acting on it. Note that we may need to retain certain records (such as the FCRA acknowledgment and billing records) to comply with legal obligations.

9. Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, and card data is transmitted directly to Stripe over encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.

10. Changes to This Notice

We may update this notice from time to time. The current version is indicated by the "Last Updated" date above. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
