Vertical Intelligence — Standard
Search demand, SERP landscape, and content gaps for one vertical.
Vertical Intelligence Standard delivers a custom search-demand and SERP analysis for one vertical, drawing on more than 200 keyword sources, third-party rank trackers, and clustering against community-language signals from Reddit and trade forums.
The deliverable is a single PDF report with a companion data file: up to 200 vertical-specific keywords scored on volume, intent, seasonality, and commercial value, paired with a content-gap inventory and a buyer archetype distilled from real search and forum language.
Built for marketing leaders deciding where to invest content and SEO budget when traffic-led growth is on the budget line.
Where can we win attention in our vertical, and which battles are already lost?
What buyers actually ask.
How do I know which keywords my vertical actually values?
Vertical Intelligence Standard ranks up to 200 vertical-specific keywords on four dimensions — search volume, commercial intent, seasonality, and bid value — so the question becomes which subsets to fund, not which keywords exist. The companion CSV lets a marketing lead filter against any internal scoring rule.
How big should a vertical be before this report makes sense?
The statistical floor is roughly 30,000 monthly searches across the broader vertical. Below that we tend to deliver directional findings rather than validated ones, which is why our niche guarantee covers a full refund if we cannot meet the validity threshold.
Do I need to give you keywords up front?
No. Seed keywords are optional. If you skip them, we expand from a vertical description to a 200-keyword universe and confirm the universe with you before billing. Most buyers start without seeds.
Can I use this to brief an external SEO agency?
Yes. The deliverable is structured for handover — keyword inventory, SERP-feature mapping, content-gap list, buyer-archetype write-up. Clients have used the report verbatim as the diagnostic input to RFPs and as the briefing pack for in-house writers.
How is this different from a Semrush or Ahrefs export?
Tool exports describe the keyword set in tool terms; this report interprets the keyword set against vertical buyer language and content gaps. The synthesis across volume, intent, community questions, and SERP composition is the analytical layer the platforms do not produce.
What happens if my vertical is bilingual or international?
Each language plus country combination counts as one vertical for scope. The intake form captures both. If you need a second language, scope it as a second order — we keep the methodology identical so the two reports are directly comparable.
How fast is the turnaround?
Seven business days from intake confirmation. If your scope requires custom data sources beyond the standard 200, we will quote a longer turnaround at confirmation rather than after billing.
The deliverable, in detail.
- Up to 200 vertical-specific keywords with full SERP analysis. Each keyword carries volume, intent classification, seasonality, commercial-value tag, and a snapshot of the SERP composition on the day of analysis. The companion CSV is the working dataset; the report is the interpretation.
- Search-demand profile across the universe. Volume, intent, seasonality, and commercial value are summarized at the cluster level so a marketing lead can prioritize cluster by cluster rather than keyword by keyword.
- Content-gap inventory grounded in real data. Each gap is named, sized by demand, and labeled by the kind of content the SERP is currently rewarding so the writer brief is unambiguous.
- Buyer archetype drawn from search and community language. The archetype is a short narrative profile — what buyers ask, where they ask it, what language they reach for — derived from clustering Reddit, forum, and Twitter/X samples against the keyword universe.
How the report is built.
Vertical Intelligence Standard runs against a curated stack of demand-side and community-side data sources: keyword telemetry from Google Search Console (when domain access is provided) and three commercial keyword-research providers; SERP composition snapshots taken on the day of analysis; and unstructured language samples mined from Reddit, Stack Exchange, Twitter/X, and the trade forums most active in the vertical.
The analytical chain is four-step. We start by expanding the seed list — your keywords, or a vertical-derived starter set — to a 200-keyword universe scored on volume, intent, seasonality, and commercial value. We then snapshot the SERPs for the top quartile and tag each result for content type, owner type, and the SERP features present. A buyer-archetype pass clusters the community-language samples against the keyword universe to surface the language buyers actually use. The final pass identifies content gaps where demand is real and the existing supply is thin or generic.
Every dataset is reviewed by a senior analyst before findings are drafted. Findings are tagged validated when effect size meets our threshold, directional when the signal is real but underpowered. The Counter-Signal Pass — included as standard — stress-tests the report against the strongest opposing case for the named gaps.
Methodology proof is documented in our public white paper, The State of AEO and GEO in 2026, which describes the vertical-anchored approach in full.
Counter-Signal Pass is included on every report. The full Foragentis methodology is documented in The State of AEO and GEO in 2026.
What this report does NOT do.
Procurement-grade reports scope themselves. The work below is adjacent and important — and is not in this SKU.
Vertical Intelligence Standard does not predict ranking outcomes after content changes — it identifies where demand and supply are mispriced, not which interventions will succeed against a given competitive set. A separate engagement scopes the intervention.
The report does not include AI citation analysis. If buyer behavior in your vertical has migrated meaningfully into ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini, Vertical Intelligence Complete is the right tier — Standard intentionally caps scope to the classic search surface.
We do not deliver a ranked content brief or a sequenced editorial calendar. The output is the diagnostic. Production sequencing is a downstream judgement call your team or your agency makes from the diagnostic.
What the engagement costs.
The Counter-Signal Pass — every thesis stress-tested against its strongest opposing case — is included on every report at no extra cost. See the Counter-Signal block on the catalog hub →

About Foragentis.
Foragentis is an AI research and product company based in Sacramento, California. ForIntel is the business-intelligence research arm — producing custom dossiers across four buyer lanes: Search & AI Visibility, Markets & Locations, Capital & Innovation, and Specialty.
Every claim in a ForIntel report traces to a public source. Findings are re-verified before delivery. The Adversary/Analyst architecture pairs a senior analyst with a counter-signal pass on every thesis. Anything below our statistical thresholds is labeled directional rather than validated.
Methodology is documented in The State of AEO and GEO in 2026 — a 9,900-word, 42-page public study with effect-size statistics across four frontier AI engines.
