Foragentis is a private dispatch and compliance service provider. We are not a freight broker, and we are not a government agency (including FMCSA or the U.S. DOT). We do not send official government notices, and nothing we provide is legal advice. You remain the party responsible for your operating authority and compliance obligations.
When you engage our dispatch service, we act as your agent to source loads, negotiate rates, verify brokers, and handle setup paperwork under your USDOT authority. We never arrange freight for our own account and are not a party to any load. Our fee is 4% of gross linehaul for semi-trucks and 7% for box trucks and hotshots, invoiced separately after loads are delivered. Your first delivered load is fee-free. The relationship is month-to-month; either party may end it with 7 days’ written notice. The signed Dispatch Service Agreement and Letter of Authorization govern the details.
Brokers, or your factoring company, pay you directly — always. We invoice you for our dispatch fee only; we never collect or hold your freight revenue.
The compliance plans ($49/month Van, $99/month CDL) keep your DOT paperwork audit-ready: we build the files, handle filings, and track deadlines. Plans include a 30-day free trial — your card is saved and the first charge occurs on day 30 unless you cancel before then. Plans are month-to-month; cancel anytime. Compliance help is not legal advice, and we do not guarantee any audit outcome.
Any government or third-party testing fees (for example UCR registration, drug-and-alcohol consortium enrollment, or DOT testing) are separate from our service fee and are always passed through to you at cost, with no markup. We show you the expected amounts before you incur them.
We do not guarantee loads, rates, income, or that any authority application or audit will succeed. Freight markets and government processes are outside our control.
