Foragentis Dispatch

You drive. We handle the rest.

Full-service truck dispatch for owner-operators and small fleets — nationwide, all 48 states.

We never touch your freight money — brokers or your factoring company pay you directly, always.

What you get

Load sourcing & rate negotiation

We work the boards and our broker contacts daily and fight for top dollar on every lane.

Broker verification before every load

Every broker is checked for active authority and bond standing with FMCSA before your wheels turn. New 2026 rules suspend under-bonded brokers — we make sure you never haul for one.

Paperwork, handled same day

Setup packets, rate confirmations, BOL collection — sent, filed, and followed up without you touching a fax machine.

Invoicing support

We prep and submit your invoices to the broker or your factoring company so you get paid on time.

Driver coordination

Pickup and delivery scheduling, check calls, and updates — your drivers always know the plan.

No forced dispatch. Ever.

You set your minimum rate, lanes, and home time. You approve every load before it books.

DOT Compliance Desk

Sometime in your first year, FMCSA audits every new carrier — it’s called the New Entrant Safety Audit. They ask for your driver file, proof of insurance, maintenance records, an accident register, and, if you drive on a CDL, your drug-and-alcohol testing paperwork. Miss it and you can lose the authority you just earned. We keep all of it audit-ready, year round, so when the letter comes you’re already done.

Straight talk on DOT paperwork

We’re a private company — not FMCSA, and not the DOT. We handle your records; you stay the carrier of record the whole time.

The MCS-150 update is free to file yourself, and UCR is a state fee. You pay us to track it and do it, never for access — and we pass every government fee through at cost, with no markup.

We get your records audit-ready. FMCSA runs the audit, so we never promise a pass. And if you drive a van, we’ll tell you plainly which parts the law requires for your weight and which are just good practice.

Common questions

Are you a broker?
No. We're a dispatch service — your agent. We never arrange freight for our own account and we're not a party to the load. You operate under your own USDOT authority the entire time.
Do you ever touch my freight money?
No, never. Brokers pay you — or your factoring company — directly. We invoice you weekly for our dispatch fee on the loads you delivered that week.
Is there a contract or lock-in?
You'll sign a simple dispatch agreement, but there's no lock-in — it's month-to-month, and you can leave anytime with 7 days’ written notice. Your first delivered load is fee-free.
Can I talk to a real person before signing anything?
Yes. Call or text (415) 935-3322 and we'll walk you through exactly how it works.
Who is Foragentis?
Foragentis (foragentis.com) builds business automation products. On the dispatch side, that means every carrier we work with is checked against the federal FMCSA record before we reach out, and every signed document is verified for accuracy — not just filed away.
Is the DOT Compliance Desk part of the DOT or FMCSA?
No. We're a private company — not the DOT and not FMCSA. We keep your records and handle your filings for you, but you stay the carrier responsible under the rules the whole time.
What paperwork does a cargo van actually need?
It depends on the weight rating on your door jamb. At 10,001 lbs and up, the record rules apply the same as they do for a truck. Under that line, the law asks for a lot less — mainly your MCS-150, insurance, and the yearly UCR. We'll tell you plainly which parts the law requires for your weight and which are just good practice brokers like to see. Either way it's the $49 Van plan.
Aren't some of these filings free to do myself?
Yes, and we say so. The MCS-150 update is free to file yourself, and UCR is a state fee ($46 for up to two trucks). You're paying us to track every deadline and do the work, never for access — and we pass every government fee through at cost, with no markup.
Can you guarantee I'll pass my safety audit?
No — and be careful with anyone who says they can. FMCSA runs the audit. What we control is getting your records audit-ready so you can produce everything they ask for. We don't know your exact audit date either; FMCSA reviews every new carrier sometime in the first year, so we keep you ready year round.
