This policy explains what information Foragentis Dispatch collects from carriers, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We keep it in plain language on purpose.
Who we are
Foragentis Dispatch (“Foragentis,” “we,” “us”) is a truck dispatch service based at 1401 21st St, Ste R, Sacramento, CA 95811. You can reach us at dispatch@foragentis.com or (415) 935-3322. This policy covers our website and our carrier application and onboarding forms.
What we collect
Information you give us when you fill out the carrier application or work with us:
- Your business's legal name, USDOT number, and MC/docket number.
- Business address, phone number, and email address.
- The name and title of the person signing, and their typed signature and initials.
- Equipment type and number of trucks, preferred lanes, minimum rate, home-time, and factoring company.
- Insurance status and, if you provide it, your insurance company.
- Documents you send us for broker setup — operating authority, certificate of insurance, W-9, and similar paperwork.
Information collected automatically. Our website host keeps standard server logs (for example, IP address, browser type, and pages visited) to keep the site running and secure. We do not use these to build advertising profiles of you.
Why we collect it
- To verify your details against your public FMCSA / SAFER record.
- To prepare your Dispatch Service Agreement and Letter of Authorization.
- To find and book loads for you, complete broker setup packets, and coordinate pickups, deliveries, and paperwork.
- To communicate with you about loads, scheduling, and your account.
- To support your invoicing to brokers or your factoring company.
- To meet our legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations.
Who we share it with
We share only what is needed to do the job you hired us for:
- Freight brokers and load boards — to set you up as a carrier and book loads. This is the core of dispatch, and it uses your business details and setup documents.
- Service providers that help us operate — for example, our e-signature provider, email provider, and (if you opt in) our text-messaging provider. They may only use your information to provide their service to us.
- Legal and safety — when required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of you, us, or others.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share or sell your mobile phone number or your text-message (SMS) opt-in with anyone for their own marketing. Your consent to receive texts stays between you and us.
Text messages (SMS)
If you check the SMS box on the application, you agree to receive texts from us about dispatch, load offers, load updates, scheduling, and your account. Opting in to texts is not required to work with us. You can stop at any time by replying STOP. Full details are in our SMS Terms.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as you are a carrier we work with, and afterward only as long as we need it for legal, tax, and recordkeeping reasons. You can ask us to delete information we are not required to keep.
Your choices and rights
- Ask us what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it.
- Withdraw your consent to text messages (reply STOP), or to calls and emails for any number, by telling us in writing.
- If you live in California, the CCPA/CPRA gives you the right to know, delete, and correct your personal information, and not to be discriminated against for using those rights. We do not sell or “share” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

How we protect it
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your information safe and limit who can see it.
Children
Our services are for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Please check back from time to time.
