These terms explain the text messages Foragentis Dispatch sends carriers, how to start, and how to stop. They go with our Privacy Policy.
What the program is
When you give us your mobile number and check the SMS box on our carrier application, Foragentis Dispatch will text you about dispatch coordination, load offers, load updates, scheduling, and account matters. These are the working texts you need to run loads with us.
Signing up is your choice
Agreeing to texts is not required to work with us. You can still be dispatched with calls and email. Checking the SMS box is your consent to receive the texts described above at the number you gave us, including messages sent with automated technology.
How often, and what it costs
- Message frequency varies based on your loads and activity.
- Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. Foragentis does not charge you for the texts themselves.
How to stop or get help
To stop: reply STOP to any text. You'll get one message confirming you're unsubscribed, and we won't text you again unless you sign up once more.

You can also withdraw consent for any number in writing by emailing us.
Delivery isn't guaranteed
Text messages depend on your mobile carrier and network. We aren't responsible for messages that are delayed or not delivered, and mobile carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Time-sensitive load details will also be confirmed by call or email.
Your privacy
We will not sell or share your mobile number or your SMS opt-in with any third party for their marketing. We use it only to send you the dispatch texts described here. How we handle your information is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Changes
If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
